NextGen Innovation.

We are Europe’s most distinctive leadership development boutique with a network of more than 300 young founders and digital natives. Together with leading companies such as Volkswagen, Henkel or Commerzbank, we design innovative learning formats that help executives and leadership teams navigate technological and organisational change.

Breaking Out of the “Bubble”: An Effective Change of Perspective for Leaders

It's a Match! In collaboration with Volkswagen, we bring experienced leaders together with selected high-potential talent from the younger generation as part of a reverse mentoring program. Through one-on-one exchanges, new perspectives emerge on artificial intelligence, modern leadership, Gen Z, and digital communication. Individual matching and regular sessions translate these insights directly into everyday leadership practice.

Intergenerational Workshop

Bringing Generations Together at Work.

At DekaBank, we bring employees from different generations together to tackle specific challenges related to leadership and collaboration.
