this is how it works:

registration
The journey begins. At the top of this page, fill out the registration form. Select your focus topics so that we can find the ideal mentor for you. As an alternative to the online form, you can also send us your registration data informally by e-mail: hello@digital8.ai

get a match
Based on the data entered, a fully automatic matching takes place, i.e. our application suggests the most suitable candidate. The results are then processed and made available by our team. You can look forward to an exciting mentor! If everything fits, you are ready to go!

onboarding
You will receive the final matching mail from us. In it, you will find the contact details for the mentor as well as numerous onboarding tips and tools for a smooth start to the mentoring process.

Implemenation
Approximately 2 meetings per quarter take place over a period of 6-18 months. Other options include video exchanges, meetings at events, or classic shadowing. A final event with other mentees and mentors rounds off the program.

Community
In addition to your mentor, you receive exclusive access to our community: exchange with other mentees and mentors, regular training and impulses on current topics, after-work events and relaxed networking.
